How fast food can cause allergy?
More and more people in the modern industrial nations suffer from allergies, especially children. One reason could be the consumption of fast food.
Nearly 30 percent of the population suffers from allergic disease, and the number of new cases continues to rise. According to experts, numbers of allergies disease have increased by 20 to 30 percent in recent years. Scientists from the Medical University are of the opinion, that the increased incidence of allergies, especially in children, occur due, in large part, an unbalanced diet, such as ready meals or fast food.
According to the Medical University are the main cause for the increase in allergies exaggerated hygiene and fast food. By excessive cleanliness wasting even the “healthy” filth, and the immune system will no longer suitable to training. And foods like burgers, pizza and fries, may adversely affect on our intestinal flora and thus also cause allergies.
Already in 2000 a study had found that children, who consume fast food frequently, have an increased risk of suffering from allergies or asthma. In addition, doctors have found, that fast food can lead to increased of inflammation process in the bronchi of asthmatics. The exact ratio is indeed while not yet established, but that fast food and ready meals harm in the long term health, seems obvious.
